Professional Experience

Architectural Intern at Renzo Piano Building Workshop, September 2022 – February 2023
During this time I have been producing presentational drawings, renders, and physical models for a project that is currently in concept phase. 

Work Experience with Unknown Works, January 2022
During my week with Unknown Works, I launched the research project for the competition: Treehouses for Kew 2023. This involved botanical, social and structural research, culminating in concept models for each Treehouse.

Freelance drafting and presentation for Yoo 2020 - present
Responsibilities included drafting for extensive works to an interior commissioned by YOO, and delivering presentation slides for the client.

Freelance design for a room partition (private client) 2020
The client requested a modest division in a recently renovated house. My responsibilities were to design the screen and its fixings, and help with its installation. During the project I maintained a dialogue between the client, the carpenters and the renowned basket weaver Annemarie O’Sullivan. After the project was delivered I was commissioned to design several landscaping elements around the property.


 

Other Experience

Elected Course and Student Representative at the University of Westminster School of Architecture 2019, 2021-2022
My responsibility in this role is to present feedback from my peers to the teaching staff, and communicate the progress on any issues.

Mental Health, Design and Wellbeing Workshop with ImperialCollege London 2021-2022
Over two days the School of Architecture collaborates with Imperial College medicine students in a Co-Production. This is a dynamic experience where we broaden our communication and presentation skills as we work with client, patient and medics.

FabLab London Virtual Exhibition and End of Year Show 2019
Responsibilities were to source and help curate fellow students work. This included working with specific file requirements and file naming / inventory.

Freelance Painting 2018 - present
Several commissions from various private clients for paintings and drawings, requiring time management with academic commitments.

Shortlisted by the University of Westminster for the RIBA Bronze Medal Nomination.

John Walkden Memorial Prize 2022
Awarded annually to the graduate of the BA/BSc (Hons) Architecture with the best final year design.

Dezeen Spotlight 2022
Featured in the Westminster University Spotlight on Dezeen.com, highlighting 10 projects from the school of architecture.

Future of Transport Student Prize runner up 2021

Hosted by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects and sponsored by Weston Williamson + Partners, I was awarded runner up for my project Seeds of Change: A Paddington Pollution Solution and The Westway Garden Path.

Student Excellence Award, University of Westminster 2021
The Excellence Awards are given to the highest achieving students to honour their work during the previous academic year.

Technical Studies Prize, University of Westminster 2020
Presented by Bibleotheque McLean, I was awarded for my first year technical studies work which looked at modular cantilever structures and their applications. 

ReThink2025 RIBA Journal shortlisted 2020
In a joint project with my father, our entry for a post-pandemic world ‘Village City’ was shortlisted and featured in July 2020’s RIBA Journal. My contribution to the project was in concept and illustrations / mapping.
